These salt-baked sweet potatoes, adapted from Heidi Swanson’s Near and Far, were interesting and easy. After baking the potatoes whole in the oven, we topped them with plain Greek yogurt, turmeric-caramelized onions, chives, and baby lacinato kale from the garden. This is our third recipe from Near and Far.
