Four dishes from Amy Chaplin

Here are the latest dishes I’ve made from Amy Chaplin’s At Home in the Whole Food Kitchen. Highlights include trying miso and spelt for the first time — and, as evidenced in the last two images, finally getting into some of the spring-time dishes. 🙂
